DELIVERY

Every order ships from Adelaide, South Australia within 1 business day of payment. We deliver Australia-wide, including PO boxes and parcel lockers, via Australia Post with tracking emailed to you.

Typical delivery times after dispatch: South Australia 1-3 business days; Victoria and NSW 2-5 business days; Queensland, WA, Tasmania and NT 3-7 business days. Regional and remote addresses can take a little longer.

COST

Shipping is free on orders over $100. Orders under $100 ship for a flat $9.95.

PROBLEMS

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of the dispatch email, contact us with your order number and we'll chase it with the carrier. A delivery that fails to arrive within a reasonable time is covered by the consumer guarantees described in our Returns policy.
